Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers across the US and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & UK: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $3.99.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
